 - Product Options
 - Products CSV Export/Import
 - Payment types Processing Fee - 'processing fee' field has been added to payment type configuration. It allows to specify an additional surcharge to the order based on the payment type.
 - Tax Handling Options - 'apply to shipping' and 'apply to processing' fields have been added to tax zone configuration allowing to specify whether a tax should be applied to shipping cost and processing fee (see above)
 - Redesigned Order Preview in Administrative Console

Bug fixes:
 - Tax caclculation based on shipping/billing address selection (in some cases a tax may have been selected by billing state and shipping ZIP or vice versa)
